Replacement of Bronx River Parkway Bridges (At Crane Road) Over Bronx River and Metro North Railroad (06-522)
The Bronx River Parkway project has a goal of utilizing DBE companies registered in New York State. E.E. Cruz is looking specifically for DBE’s which perform all types of heavy construction work such as structural steel fabrication, surveying, electrical work, mechanical work, site cleanup, concrete work, trucking, supply of construction and safety materials, and other services such as cleaning and pest control services.

Avenue Subway - Rt. 132A, 96th Street Station (C-26005)
The 2nd Avenue Subway Project has a goal of utilizing DBE companies
certified under the NYUCP. E.E. Cruz is looking specifically for DBE's
which perform all types of heavy civil construction work such as structural
steel fabrication, surveying, electrical work, mechanical work, site cleanup,
concrete work, trucking, supply of construction and safety materials, and other
services such as cleaning and pest control services.
Columbia University Manhattanville Development Slurry Wall/Foundations Project
E.E. Cruz was recently awarded Phase II of the slurry wall work at this project which involves another 200,000 square feet of diaphragm wall.
The Columbia Project has a goal of utilizing MWLBE companies. E.E. Cruz is looking specifically for MWLBE companies which perform all types of heavy civil construction work such as concrete placement, electrical work, excavation work, plumbing and mechanical work, supply of construction materials, and supply of safety materials and are:
ü Minority and Women owned enterprises certified by the New York City Department of Small Business Services, New York Empire State Development Corporation, New York City School Construction Authority, Women Presidents Educational Organization, New York/New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, or the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey.
ü Business enterprises that maintain a primary business address or have significant administrative business presence in these zip codes: 10025, 10026, 10027, 10029, 10030, 10031, 10032, 10033, 10034, 10035, 10037, 10039, 10040, 10451, 10454, 10455, and 10474.
In In addition, this project has a MWL workforce goal. Replacement of the Queens Approach at the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge (BW-89C)
The Whitestone Bridge Project has a goal of utilizing MWBEs certified by the New York Empire State Development Corporation. E.E. Cruz is looking specifically for MWBE companies which perform all types of heavy civil construction work such as structural steel fabrication and erection, landscaping services, excavation and trucking, electrical work, plumbing work, supply of construction materials, supply of safety materials, or provide other services such as cleaning and janitorial work.
In addition to these projects, E.E. Cruz was recently named as the low bidder for 7th & 8th Avenue Emergency Vent Plant which has goal of utilizing companies which are certified as MWBEs by the New York Empire State Development Corporation and the Station Finishes for the Second Avenue Subway 96th Street Station which has a goal of utilizing companies certified as a DBE in New York State. E.E. Cruz is looking specifically for DMWBE companies which perform heavy civil construction work such as the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous steel, surveying, plumbing work, carpentry and drywall work, fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals, fire suppression, laboratory testing, masonry work, painting services, roofing work, and the furnish and supply of doors.
