New York, New York (May 8, 2017) – E.E. Cruz, an infrastructure contractor based in New York City, was selected as the Design-Build contractor by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for the Region 8 Bridge Replacement project in Westchester County, New York. The E.E. Cruz team was among three shortlisted teams named on October 25, 2016. Design work is underway with construction starting August 2017.
