Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full time employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service are eligible to participate in E.E. Cruz’s Tuition Reimbursement Program. The program is intended to allow employees to enroll in continuing education classes to further their education in their specialty area. Course of study must be pre-approved by the Chief Operating Officer and eligible employees will be reimbursed for tuition expenses (not including fees, books or supplies) paid to accredited schools, colleges and universities.
